Specification:

Antioxidant DTPD (3100), which can be classified in p-phenlene antioxidant groups, is excellent antiozonant to chloprene rubber. It is the effective antioxidant used in the tyre industry and also widely used for rubber products.

Usage:

1. DTPD can resist ozone, its capacity to resist flexibility and cracking is similar to antioxidant 4010 NA or 4020, superior to antioxidant AD.
 2. DTPD, particularly mixed with the samw amount 4020 or 4010 NA. is the most antiozonant style to extend the useful life of tyre. The reason is that the two kinds antioxidant have synergism. Antioxidant 4020 and 4010 NA provide the short-time protection at the beginning. while DTPD provides the long-term protection.
 3. Because of one or two solubilizing groups on the benzene rings in DTPD, the solubility in rubber is enhanced highly and teh bloom is reduced, so that large quantity of DTPD can be used in rubber. 4. DTPD has no influence on vulcanization and sootch owing to its little basicity. DTPD is suitable for truck tyre, cross country tyre, diagonal tyre and radial ply tyre which is used in hard circumstance.
 5. DTPD can also correct the fault that tyre become red on the account of antioxidant 4010NA or 4020. At present many companies abroad is positively researching on this product instead of Antioxidant 4010NA. DTPD is widely used internal in diagonal tyre and radial ply tyre. Its application forgeground is extensive.

Storage:

DTPD is packaged in composite paper sack lined with film Net weight is 25KG per sack Anti-fire and water-proofing should be done during the carrying. DTPD should be stored in drying place.
