Usage:
- Mode of action:
MBTS-80 is a versatile semi-ultra accelerator with good processing safety. It may be used alone or in conjunction with other accelerators. In combination with activated dithiocarbamtes MBTS-80 prevents scorching. It is activated by thiurams, dithiocarbamates and aldehyde-amines. During the processing and vulcanization of CR compounds it has a retarding effect. When used with ultra-accelerators MBTS-80 improves the processing safety. Vulcanizates produced with MBTS-80 show good ageing properties.
- Processing: The thermoplastic, fully compatible polymer binder which is combined with special dispersing agents allows quick absorption and excellent dispersion in the rubber. In this way, optimal activity of the effective substance is assured.
